SPECTRA for Windows^® Utility Billing Module is used for calculating and billing metered utility charges such as gas, water/sewage or electricity to your tenants. Each month meter readings are entered into SPECTRA for Windows^® and the utility consumption charges are automatically calculated based on a multitude of user-definable factors. The Utility Billing Module fully integrates to the Tenant Accounts Receivable Module so reports, invoices and statements are readily available. Designed for maximum flexibility, we have attempted to take into account every possible billing scenario, including rounding factors, basic charges, conversion factors, multiple charge types with multiple rates, tiered charges, tier minimums, charges based on basic consumption or flat rate charges
