Version 4.9c of Spectra for Windows released for distribution

In keeping with our 21 year commitment to annually
enhance our products so as to keep our clients technologically current and
competitive, Spectra is proud to announce the general distribution of major
version 4.9c of SPECTRA for Windowsฎ. All our Medallion Service subscribers automatically
receive this upgrade as part of their Medallion Service program.
Since its introduction in 1996, SPECTRA for Windowsฎ, our 32 bit property management
& construction software, has undergone a continuous and exciting evolution
to become one of the most user friendly, flexible, comprehensive, powerful and
cost effective solutions available for both fee managers and owner/managers.
SPECTRA for Windowsฎ
Release 4.9c incorporates new functionality and new reports in
addition to numerous enhancements as recommended by our clients. Highlights of
Release 4.9c include the following items with a special focus on our
construction functionality:
Custom Rent Roll
- Format II - Bayco
This custom report is based on our standard Rent Roll Format
II with a few variations:
- Option to show rate per sq. ft.and YTD days vacant has been removed
- Unit type and rentable area always show instead of just one or the other
Job Cost Project Cost Detail Format II
This letter-sized report gives you the same information as the Project Cost Detail in a condensed format.
Job Cost Project Cost Detail Format III
This is a new report with the following columns: Original Estimate, Revised Estimate, Accounts Payable and Paid to Date, Balance to
Complete, Over Revised Estimate and Percentage Paid.

Job Cost Project Cost Detail Format IV
This new report provides the following information:

This new comprehensive legal-sized report provides the
following information at the Cost Account level:
Budget: Original Estimate (A), Change Amount (B),
Revised Estimate (C=A+B)
Committed:
Commitment (D), Change Amount (E), Revised Commitment
(F=D+E), Anticipated Costs (G), Committed Costs (H=F+G),
Budget less Committed (I=C-H)
Actuals to Date: Total Work Completed (J=K+L+M),
Retention (K), Paid to Date (L),
CurrentPay Request (M)
Variance: Cost to Complete (N=C-J)
Job Cost Project Cost Trial Balance
This new report enables you to track costs on an accrual and
cash basis for the current month, current year and the life of the project.

Job Cost Commitment Listing Mesirow
Stein
This new report to print on letter-sized paper has the standard
selection screen from the Commitment Listing with these modifications:
Original Commitment Amount plus Change Orders equals Total Committed. The
Previously Paid and Current Request does not include any Retention amounts.
The Balance to Become Due is the Total Commitment less the Previously Paid and
Current Request Amounts.

Contact Master Listing Paramount
This is a custom report, which will print all information from
the Tenants Contacts tab, including contact names, phone numbers with
extensions, etc.
Tenant Schedule of Rent Madison
This custom report will display a schedule of rent based on the
format of the Tenant Billing Information. Custom column headings can be
created and show all rents in effect for the selected period.
Supplier Payment Summary
This new report will be
particularly useful in 1099 preparation. Report options are:

Database Menu
Wizards Single Family Housing Wizard
This program combines the Property and Tenant Setup Wizards
plus the setup of the Owner information and all Lease Names in one wizard.
While it is designed for the single family housing market any number of units
can currently be set up in this wizard.
