SPECTRA for Windows® Budget Interface Enables Property Managers to Create Accurate Budgets Quickly

A dynamic data exchange between SPECTRA for Windows® Property Management Accounting software and Microsoft’s Excel spreadsheet, the new Budget Interface eliminates the inconvenience of re-keying data, saving property management professionals countless administrative hours and money. 
Spectra’s Budget Interface provides property managers the capability to quickly export their budget information to an easy to read Excel spreadsheet for in-depth analysis and manipulation. Upon finalizing the financial plan for a property, the edited budget figures are imported back into SPECTRA for Windows® efficiently and accurately. The Budget Interface Module is extremely flexible and allows you to export a variety of information including:

Budget Information- Property managers can choose exactly what type of budget information they wish to export from SPECTRA for Windows® including original, revised or forecast figures. As an additional convenience, the flexibility of the Budget Interface provides the option to export Actual YTD financial data or various combinations of Actual YTD and Original or Revised or Forecast Budgets, to aid in creation of proforma cash flow reports as well.

Account Information- You also have the ability to select specific account information to export. Options include profit and loss accounts, balance sheet accounts or information on all accounts.
Fiscal Year and Last Full Month of Processing Information- Property Managers can easily generate reports based on a specific fiscal year and set exact parameters for the last full month of processing for each property to receive the most up-to-date financial information and better determine their bottom lines.
